Dress code: All participants are advised to dress in smart casual wear.

Conduct: All players/parents/teachers in charge are reminded to maintain proper decorum. SCF may also suspend/ban the player from subsequent events depending on the severity of misbehavior.

Registration Fee: $120

Rules & Regulations

• Simul Master to take white on all boards
• Each participant is to make a move once the master arrives at his board
• Participant is allowed to make a “pass” just once
• Once only one participant is left, the arbiter has the right to impose a time control to finish the rest of the game

Event Details

29th May 2023

Simul with our local Women’s Champion WGM Gong Qianyun. All participants will walk away with a certificate of participation and an autographed chessboard. Participants who managed to get a draw will also receive a one-time-use $20 discount voucher for future SCF events. 

30th May 2023

Simul with our local chess icon GM Tin Jingyao. All participants will walk away with a certificate of participation and an autographed chessboard. Participants who managed to get a draw will also receive a one-time-use $20 discount voucher for future SCF events.
