Developmental
In this course, trainees can expect a deep dive into more advanced concepts, such as practical endgames, various middlegame strategies, and strategic motifs. In addition, we will again place a special focus on strengthening tactical skills, solving combinations and calculation techniques using slightly more complex examples.
Once the student completed the Developmental course, they can promote to the next level of course – Junior Preparatory Squad.
Course Format: 8 x Theory Lessons
Course Fee: $305.20 inclusive of GST

- Saturday (Jan 11, 18, 25 | Feb 8, 15, 22 | Mar 1, 8) (9am – 10:30am)
- Saturday (Jan 11, 18, 25 | Feb 8, 15, 22 | Mar 1, 8) (1:30pm – 3pm)
- Sunday (Jan 12, 19, 26 | Feb 9, 16, 23 | Mar 2, 9) (11am – 12:30pm)
- Monday (Jan 13, 20 | Feb 3, 10, 17, 24 | Mar 3, 10) (3pm – 4:30pm)

- Entries must be submitted by 9th Jan 2025, 11pm. Late entries will not be accepted
- Slots Given are on a FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE basis OR BY CLOSING DATE whichever comes first
- Payment via Paynow only. Student’s Name to be used as reference
- Confirmation of registration is subjected to full course fee payment
- Course fees paid are Non-refundable. Pro-rating of course fees is not allowed
- Trainers assigned by SCF may be subject to changes
- There will be no make up classes
- SCF reserves the right to accept/reject any trainees without assigning any reason
