  • Own the funnel end-to-end: optimize landing pages, forms, FAQs, and checkout to increase course/event sign-ups.
  • Run social, email, and light paid ads; build outreach lists; handle community moderation and timely updates.

  • On-Site: Lead registration/check-in and queue flow; liaise with parents/schools/participants; set up signage and photo backdrops; coordinate stage flow/awards with officials; capture quick photo/video for same-day socials; escalate issues appropriately.
  • Stakeholders/Sponsors: Deliver promised logo placements, mentions, banners, and photo ops.

Post-Event: Collate feedback, reconcile light expenses, curate photo selects, and produce a short wrap-up with learnings to improve conversions.

Core Skills You’ll Use

  • Content & Design: Social tiles/reels, short videos, EDMs; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (Canva ok); basic video editing (Premiere/CapCut).
  • Web & Registration: WordPress updates (basic HTML/CSS helpful); WooCommerce listings/checkout information.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Willing to work some evenings/weekends for major events (time off in lieu per policy).

  • Interest in chess or sports is a plus; additional language ability is a plus.
