NST 2026 - Registration of Accompanying Person

This form is intended to collect information from accompanying persons who will be present on the premises of Overseas Family School (OFS) during NST 2026 on September 12 and 13. All accompanying persons MUST be registered.

 

The information collected will be shared with OFS security personnel to verify that all individuals have been registered and are authorised to enter the premises.
