Elisha is a National Arbiter and FIDE Developmental Instructor with extensive experience in chess education. Her coaching experience spans a wide range of schools, and she has worked extensively with both recreational and competitive chess clubs, guiding students from beginner to advanced levels. Through her coaching, tournament involvement, and contributions to chess education, Elisha continues to support the development of young chess players and the growth of the chess community in Singapore.
